Kunal Nagpal graduated from Glion Hotel School in Switzerland and is the co-founder of Tara restaurant in Zurich with 21 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

He has been part of several culinary organisations & events:

• Montreux Jazz Festival – Participated as a chef in multiple editions (2005, 2008, 2012, 2018, 2022).
• Paleo Festival (2005) – Contributed to this renowned festival by sharing innovative Indian recipes.
• Naan & Curry Restaurant (Founder, 2012-2018) – Established and managed a successful dining venue known for its authentic Indian flavors.
• Regal Tandoori Food Truck (Co-Founder, 2018-2021) – Developed a food truck concept that brought Indian cuisine to a broader audience.
• Catering for the Embassy of India in Bern – Provided authentic Indian cuisine for diplomatic events, showcasing my ability to combine traditional flavors with modern presentation.
