We want to offer our customers products cooked with Indian flavours with Swiss ingredients (especially meat).
We understand that not everyone is used to highly spiced Indian dishes, which is why we have chosen a menu and sauces that appeal to our local clientele.
Swiss meats and products:
Whenever possible, we choose Swiss products, particularly for meat, certain vegetables and starches.
However, most spices and some exotic items such as shrimp, will be sourced from outside Switzerland, as they are not produced here.
